Arrive with a clean and freshly washed face and lashes before every appointment. Otherwise you will be required to purchase a lash bath.
•Avoid wearing mascara 24 hours before your appointment. Mascara is hard to remove from natural lashes and it will negatively impact application and retention.
•No caffeine 1 hour prior to your lash appointment, it can cause involuntary eye lid movement during lash application.
•Deposits are non-refundable
Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours in advanced to avoid being charged 50% of your appointment.

No- show/ missed appointments will require a 50% service charge. By not cancelling ahead of time, you prevent another client from scheduling during that slot.

If you plan to be more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be responsible for the 50% service charge. I cannot accommodate late arrivals as it isn’t fair to me or my other clients.
